These filters efficiently reduce speckle noise. Considering current applications, researchers are investigating the benefits of merging Deep learning and optimization to overcome standard filters' limitations. Combining Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) with the bat optimization algorithm creates a new adaptive dynamic AEWF. This framework is flexible and adaptable. We minimize speckle noise and adjust other visual aspects using this method. BOA uses bat echolocation to enhance denoising and provide high-quality outputs. CNN pooling layers reduce image size, whereas convolutional and Rectified Linear Unit (ReLU) layers provide denoising. We performed thorough research that compares our solution to conventional filters and evaluates its efficacy in minimizing speckle noise. The Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) and peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) benchmarking metrics produce mean values of 98% and 32.05, respectively. As a response to the input from the reviewer, we will provide a concise overview of the main advancements of our proposed algorithm in comparison to existing models. Additionally, we will present the average metric values and compare them with benchmark values to assess their statistical significance. Moreover, we shall elucidate the circumstances under which the comparisons were conducted. Our work demonstrates that the integrated AEWF is highly effective in addressing current challenges in image processing, since it successfully preserves features, reduces noise, and improves overall image quality.]]></p></abstract>
