La película fue caracterizada por difracción de rayos-X (DRX) y espectroscopia Raman. Su superficie se estudió topográficamente por microscopía de fuerza atómica (MFA) y magnéticamente por microscopía de fuerza magnética (MFM). Este estudio reveló una gran rugosidad que genera puntos de anclaje para las paredes magnéticas del material. Los ciclos de histéresis y el espectro de resonancia ferromagnética (RFM), muestran que la microestructura de la película induce un incremento en su anisotropía magnética. El estudio por RFM indica que este incremento proviene de una contribución magnetoelástica de la interfaz FNZ/substrato. Los resultados indican que mediante DEF, se obtienen películas de FNZ con propiedades magnéticas fuertemente acopladas a su microestructura.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[By means of electrophoretic deposition (DEF, for its acronym in Spanish) and colloidal precursor, it was obtained a nickel-zinc ferrite film (FNZ, for its acronym in Spanish). The film was characterized by x-ray Diffraction (DRX, for its acronym in Spanish) and Raman Spectroscopy. The surface of the film was analyzed topographically by atomic force microscopy (MFA, for its acronym in Spanish) and, magnetically, by magnetic force microscopy (MFM, for its acronym in Spanish). These studies showed a high roughness which acts as pilling points for magnetic walls. The hysteresis loops and the ferromagnetic resonance spectra (RFM, for its acronym in Spanish) show that the microstructure of the film induces an increase in its magnetic anisotropy. The RFM study indicates that this increase is originated from the magnetoelastic contribution in the interface FNZ/substrate. The results indicate that by means of DEF, ferrite films are obtained with magnetic proprieties strongly coupled to its microstructure.]]></p></abstract>
