Los nanocristales fueron encapsulados en los polímeros: ácido poli-láctico (PLA) y glicol polietileno (PEG), evaluándose los siguientes parámetros: factor A, PLA:PEG (mg), factor B, CoQ10 (%) y factor C, gelatina (%). Adicionalmente, se determinó la solubilidad de las nanopartículas encapsuladas en fluido gástrico y fluido intestinal simulado, utilizando un diseño experimental completo de superficie de respuesta. La caracterización de nanopartículas de CoQ10 se realizó utilizando las técnicas de microscopia electrónica de barrido (MEB), microscopia electrónica de transmisión (TEM) y difracción de rayos X (DRX).]]></p></abstract>

The nanocrystals were encapsulated in polylactic acid (PLA) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) polymers. The following parameters were evaluated: factor A, PLA-PEG (mg), factor B, CoQ10 (%), and factor C, gelatin (%). Additionally, solubility of the encapsulated nanoparticles in simulated gastric fluid and intestinal fluid was determined using a complete surface-response experimental design. The characterization of CoQ10 nanoparticles was performed employing Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques.]]></p></abstract>
