El potencial en la región del pozo puede tener variaciones alrededor de su valor constante, causadas por los cambios en las condiciones experimentales. El objetivo del presente trabajo es estudiar el efecto de estas variaciones sobre los estados electrónicos confinados. Consideramos cambios aleatorios, en intervalos determinados, de las condiciones experimentales y calculamos las energías y las distribuciones espaciales de los estados electrónicos, así como las energías de las transiciones ópticas entre ellos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The quantum rectangular wells possess imperfections in their crystalline structure and their chemical composition obtained in the growth process. The potential in the well region may have variations around its constant value, caused by the changes under the experimental conditions. The objective of the present work is to study the effect of these variations on the electronic confined states. We consider random changes in certain intervals of the experimental conditions and we calculate the energies and the spatial distributions of the electronic states as well as the energies of the optic transitions between them.]]></p></abstract>

<body><![CDATA[<p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2"><b>Resumen</b></font></p>  	    <p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2">Los pozos cu&aacute;nticos rectangulares poseen imperfecciones en su estructura cristalina y su composici&oacute;n qu&iacute;mica, obtenidas en el proceso del crecimiento. El potencial en la regi&oacute;n del pozo puede tener variaciones alrededor de su valor constante, causadas por los cambios en las condiciones experimentales. El objetivo del presente trabajo es estudiar el efecto de estas variaciones sobre los estados electr&oacute;nicos confinados.
