Esta teoría se basa en el análisis del principio de Le Chatelier-Braun, y en la ecuación de balance de energía en la presencia de corriente eléctrica y de flujo de calor a través de la estructura de dos semiconductores. Se obtienen las distribuciones de temperatura que ilustran el efecto Peltier.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract A new model of thermoelectric cooling (the Peltier&#8217;s effect) on the junction of two semiconductors is suggested. This theory is based on analysis of the Le Chatelier-Braun thermodynamic principle and the energy balance equation in a structure created from two semiconductors across which an electric current runs. The temperature distributions illustrating the Peltier&#8217;s effect are obtained.]]></p></abstract>
