Se retoma la perspectiva de clima de equipo (CE) para la innovación del modelo de Anderson y West. Se analizaron datos de 253 respuestas de profesores de tiempo completo integrantes de cuerpos académicos. Las variables examinadas se clasificaron en tres niveles. Los resultados indican que el clima de equipo (CE) se relaciona con las competencias investigativas, la propensión a innovar y haber realizado alguna estancia nacional (nivel individual); la frecuencia con la que se reúnen, el nivel de consolidación y la colaboración con otros (nivel grupal); el capital tecnológico, la cultura organizacional y el clima de innovación (nivel institucional). Se discuten los resultados en contraste con otros estudios y se plantean líneas de investigación a futuro.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ Abstract The objective of this study wa to examine the relationships between individual, group and institutional variables and the dimensions of the team climate for innovation in research groups of teacher training institutions in Mexico. The team climate (TC) perspective for innovation from the Anderson and West model is taken up again. Data from 253 responses from full-time professors who are members of academic bodies are analyzed. The variables examined were classified into three levels. The results indicate that the team climate (TC) is related to investigative skills, the propensity to innovate and having completed a national stay (individual level); the frequency with which they meet, the level of consolidation and collaboration with others (group level); technological capital, organizational culture and innovation climate (institutional level). The results are discussed in contrast to other studies and future lines of research are proposed.]]></p></abstract>
