El objetivo fue evaluar el efecto de las concentraciones de amonio en la solución nutritiva, el suministro de vermicomposta y micorrizas, así como sus interacciones, sobre el crecimiento y calidad de Lilium hybrida var. &#8216;Indian Summerset&#8217;. Se plantaron bulbos en cajas con suelo franco arenoso, con o sin vermicomposta y con o sin micorrizas. Los riegos se realizaron con la solución de Steiner a 0.24 atm con tres relaciones de nitrato:amonio 100:0 %, 92.5:7.5 % y 87.5:12.5 %, y se compararon con fertilización convencional. Se conformó un diseño completamente al azar con arreglo factorial 4x2x2, los factores fueron amonio, vermicomposta y micorrizas. La solución nutritiva con 12.5 % de amonio incrementó altura de planta, peso seco, la concentración de K en hoja, y adelantó la floración y punto de corte. El aporte de vermicomposta y micorrizas no afectaron las variables de calidad. La vermicomposta al 5 % incremento la concentración de nitrógeno y potasio en hojas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Lilium is one of the most important crops in the State of Mexico. Its high production volumes, associated with the use of large amounts of chemical fertilizers, increases soil salinity and alter its physical-chemical and biological properties. The objective was to evaluate the effect of ammonium concentrations in the nutrient solution, vermicom-post and mycorrhizae supplies, as well as their interactions, on the growth and quality of Lilium hybrida var. &#8216;Indian Summerset&#8217;. Bulbs were planted in boxes with sandy loam soil, with or without vermicompost and/or mycorrhizae. Irrigation was carried out with Steiner&#8217;s solution at 0.24 atm with three nitrate:ammonium ratios of 100:0 %, 92.5:7.5 % and 87.5:12.5 %, comparing with conventional fertilization. A completely randomized design was conformed with a 4x2x2 factorial arrangement, the factors were ammonium, vermicompost and mycorrhizae. The nutritive solution with 12.5 % ammonium increased plant height, dry weight, the K concentration in leaf, and advanced flowering and cut-off point. The contribution of vermicompost and mycorrhizae to the soil did not show significant differences in the quality variables. Vermicompost at 5 % increased the concentration of nitrogen and potassium in leaves.]]></p></abstract>
