Se observa que la búsqueda de la coordinación intergubernamental e interinstitucional es un requisito de difícil consecución en la política social. Este trabajo aporta elementos de análisis para la política social y la administración pública.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This paper aims to analyse and compare the mechanisms used to promote coordination in the Programa Nacional de Solidaridad (National Solidarity Program) and the Cruzada Nacional contra el Hambre (National Crusade against Hunger). Document analysis is employed to identify similarities and differences between the two programs.The results show that intergovernmental and interinstitutional coordination, although a desirable outcome, has always been difficult to achieve in social policy. This research provides elements for the analysis of social policy and public administration.]]></p></abstract>
