La meta es proporcionar orden al caos terminológico imperante en las teorías políticas y constitucionales que deriva de la confusión a entre los conceptos órgano y organismo que conlleva a los especialistas a confundir ambos tipos de instituciones.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The present paper shows a glimpse on Autonomous Public Authorities in general, their tasks and place in various constitutional and political traditions in order to stablish a clear distinction between them and Constitutional Autonomous Organs, focusing on the latter as institutional frameworks that transform the classical paradigm of a triparty public power division. The goal to achieve, is to give order to the impering terminological chaos in political and constitutional theories that comes from confusion between two concepts: organ and organism. This leads specialists to a misunderstanding of both kinds of political institutions.]]></p></abstract>
