<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1405-77432024000300108&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1405-77432024000300108&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1405-77432024000300108&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El siguiente trabajo muestra la órbita o trayectoria de un punto de referencia de un rastrillo clasificador usado en la industria de la minería, asimismo la sensibilidad de los cambios que pueden ocurrir en esta trayectoria ante los cambios en los parámetros geométricos ajustables del mecanismo. Para determinar esta sensibilidad se procede a hallar la expresión matemática correspondiente a la diferencial total de la ecuación vectorial que define la ubicación del punto de interés respecto a un sistema de referencia ubicado en el bastidor del mecanismo. Al tomar la diferencial total de esta ecuación se puede hallar la influencia de la variación diferencial de los parámetros geométricos calibrables en la variación diferencial de las posiciones x, y del punto de interés respecto a su trayectoria nominal teórica. Se obtiene que la variación del parámetro geométrico calibrable l 8 asociada al eslabón más largo del rastrillo, ejerce la menor sensibilidad al cambio en la trayectoria del punto de referencia, y la variación del parámetro geométrico &#946; 81 asociada a un ángulo interno en el elemento barredor del rastrillo desarenador, produce la mayor sensibilidad en la variación de la trayectoria del punto de referencia. El trabajo facilita a los operarios las labores de ajuste del mecanismo durante el mantenimiento, ya que permite saber qué parámetros geométricos son más o menos influyentes para este ajuste. Asimismo, el trabajo permite establecer los requerimientos de diseño en el caso de que se desee automatizar el proceso de calibración de este mecanismo, el cual actualmente se realiza de forma manual.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The following work shows the orbit or trajectory of a reference point of a classifier rake, used in the mining industry, and the sensitivity of the changes that can occur in this trajectory to changes in the adjustable geometric parameters of the mechanism. To determine this sensitivity, we proceed to find the mathematical expression corresponding to the total differential of the vector equation that defines the location of the point of interest with respect to a reference system located on the frame of the mechanism. By taking the total differential of this equation, it is possible to find the influence of the differential variation of the calibrable geometric parameters on the differential variation of the x, y positions of the point of interest with respect to its theoretical nominal trajectory. It is obtained that the variation of the calibrable geometric parameter l 8 associated to the longest link of the rake, exerts the lowest sensitivity to the change in the trajectory of the reference point, and the variation of the geometric parameter &#946; 81 associated to an internal angle in the sweeping element of the desander rake, produces the highest sensitivity in the variation of the trajectory of the reference point. The work makes it easier for operators to adjust the mechanism during maintenance, since it allows to know which geometric parameters are more or less influential for this adjustment. Likewise, the work allows establishing the design requirements if it is desired to automate the calibration process of this mechanism, which is currently performed manually.]]></p></abstract>
