<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1405-77432020000100001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1405-77432020000100001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1405-77432020000100001&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El uso de fibras naturales (yute, coco, caña, etcétera) y desechos agroindustriales (ceniza, cascarilla de arroz, etcétera) como materiales de refuerzo en la obtención de materiales compuestos ha ido en aumento, debido a que se consideran de bajo costo y fácil obtención. Se han estudiado las interacciones de los materiales de refuerzo, así como las propiedades físicas, químicas y mecánicas que le transfieren al material. En esta investigación se desarrolló un material con una matriz de cemento portland compuesto (CPC-30R) reforzado con agregado fino de carboncillo de bagazo de caña (CBC) y fibra de bagazo de caña de azúcar (FO). La FO fue modificada superficialmente, inicialmente se sometió a un proceso de deslignificación con NaOH a 6.0 % y blanqueo con NaClO2 V/V a 0.5 % y H2O2 V/V a 0.34 %, para remoción de hemicelulosa y obtener una fibra con mayor exposición de celulosa, posteriormente se modificó con dos tipos de compuestos silánicos, Isooctyl-trimethoxylsilane a 97 % y Trimethoxy-methylsilane a 95 %. La FO se analizó mediante espectroscopia de infrarrojo con Transformada de Fourier (FTIR) y se evaluó su hidrofobicidad en un sistema Agua-Tolueno. La FO tratada se mezcló con cantidades diferentes de CPC -30R y agua. La morfología del material compuesto se observó mediante Microscopía Electrónica de Barrido (SEM), la cual mostró la interacción del agregado fino de CBC en la matriz de CPC-30R. El comportamiento térmico del material se evaluó en un equipo de placa caliente aislada, conforme a la norma ASCTM - C177, obteniendo resultados de conductividad térmica de 0.21 W/m °C.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The use of natural fibers (jute, coconut, cane, etc.) and agroindustrial waste (ash, rice husk, etc.) as reinforcing materials in obtaining composite materials has been increasing, because they are considered low cost and easy obtaining. The interactions of the reinforcing materials as well as the physical, chemical and mechanical properties that transfer to the material have been studied. In this research, a material was developed with a composite portland cement matrix (CPC-30R) reinforced with fine aggregate of cane bagasse charcoal (CBC) and sugarcane bagasse fiber (FO). The FO was modified on the surface, initially went a process of delignification with NaOH to 6.0 % and blanching with NaClO2 V/V to 0.5 % and H2O2 V/V to 0.34 %, for removal of hemicellulose and get a fiber with greater exposure of cellulose, subsequently modified with two types of compounds of silane, Isooctyl trimethoxylsilane at 97 % and Trimethoxy methylsilane to 95 %. The FO was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and its hydrophobicity was evaluated. The treated FO was mixed with different amounts of CPC-30R and water. The morphology of the composite material was observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), which showed the interaction of the fine aggregate of CBC in the CPC -30R matrix. The thermal behavior of the material was evaluated in an isolated hot plate equipment, according to the ASCTM-C177 standard, obtaining thermal conductivity results of 0.21 W / m °C.]]></p></abstract>
