El instrumento consta de siete dimensiones: intenciones positivas, intenciones negativas, creencias positivas, creencias negativas, conductas positivas, emociones negativas y capacidad de apoyo. La muestra está compuesta por 508 estudiantes de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Córdoba. Los resultados obtenidos de la escala ADC muestran que esta escala es fiable y válida para medir las actitudes hacia la diversidad cultural. Además, se demuestra que los futuros docentes presentan actitudes positivas ante la diversidad cultural y la formación docente recibida, influye positivamente en la reducción de actitudes negativas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The purpose of this investigation was to confirm the scale of Attitudes toward Cultural Diversity (ADC). The instrument comprises seven dimensions: positive intentions, negative intentions, positive beliefs, negative beliefs, positive behavior, negative emotions and support capacity. The sample consisted of 508 students of the Faculty of Education at the University of Cordoba. The results of the ADC show that this scale is reliable and valid scale to measure attitudes toward cultural diversity. Furthermore, shown that future teachers have positive attitudes to cultural diversity and teacher training received a positive influence in reducing negative attitudes.]]></p></abstract>
