Considerando lo anterior, este estudio tiene por objetivo describir el marco normativo que regula los procesos de práctica que realiza el estudiantado de Pedagogía en educación básica de dos universidades regionales en Chile. Sustentado en la lógica de la teoría fundamentada, se analizaron 26 documentos institucionales producidos por las universidades. Algunos de los resultados señalan que existe un amplio desarrollo teórico que orienta la formación práctica, se propician alianzas formales entre las universidades y los centros donde se realizan las prácticas y se entregan importantes responsabilidades a estos en la formación de las y los futuros profesores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Practical training has gained increased relevance in the literature on initial teacher training. One discussed element is the relationship between universities and practice centers (colleges and schools). Considering the above, this study aims to describe the regulatory framework that governs the practice processes carried out by students of Pedagogy in basic education from two regional universities in Chile. 26 institutional documents produced by the universities were analyzed. Some of the results indicate that there is a comprehensive theoretical development that guides practical training, formal partnerships between universities and the centers where the practices are conducted are fostered, and significant responsibilities are entrusted to them in the training of future teachers.]]></p></abstract>
