<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S0188-62662019000100234&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S0188-62662019000100234&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S0188-62662019000100234&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Se presenta el desarrollo de un método para determinar carbofuran (CB), diuron (DI), profam (PR), dicloran (DC), clorpropham (CH) y tetradifón (TE) mediante cromatografía de líquidos de alta eficiencia acoplada a un detector de arreglo de diodos (HPLC-DAD, por sus siglas en inglés). Se optimizó 1) Separación por HPLC-DAD, 2) Pretratamiento de muestra de suelo y 3) Extracción en fase sólida (SPE, por sus siglas en inglés). Se logró separar completamente los seis plaguicidas en 17 min. La separación fue aplicada a muestras de suelo agrícola. Con este objetivo, se optimizó el pretratamiento y la SPE del suelo. Para ambas optimizaciones se definieron las variables a optimizar y se aplicó un diseño fraccional factorial. Con los resultados se construyeron las gráficas de superficies de respuesta para definir las condiciones de análisis óptimas. El método se validó en muestras de suelo, de acuerdo con guías internacionales, evaluándose la selectividad, linealidad, límite de detección y cuantificación, así como la exactitud de este. Finalmente, el método se aplicó a otras muestras obteniéndose bajo efecto matriz. Este método podría ser aplicado en otros laboratorios para determinación de estos contaminantes en suelo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract In this work, the development of an analytical method for the determination of carbofuran (CB), diuron (DI), propham (PR), dicloran (DC), chlorpropham (CH), and tetradifon (TE) in soil by high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector (HPLC-DAD) is presented. For this study, three important optimizations were performed: 1) HPLC-DAD separation; 2) soil sample pretreatment; and 3) solid phase extraction (SPE). Using the optimum chromatographic conditions, the six pesticides were line-base separated in about 17 minutes. The soil sample pretreatment and the SPE were optimized. For both optimizations, a fractional factorial experiment design was applied. The optimum experimental conditions were defined based on the results from the experimental designs. The developed method was validated in soil samples according to international guidelines, evaluating the selectivity, linearity, limit of detection and quantification, as well as accuracy. Finally, the method was applied to other soil samples. The method could be applied in other laboratories to determine these contaminants in soil samples.]]></p></abstract>
