]]> Resumen
El proceso de reestructuración económica afecta a todos los sectores económicos del pais y particularmente a la actividad industrial, pues ésta se ve seriamente dañada por los cambios estructurales que se han presentado en la economía nacional. Las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas han sufrido los estragos de la crisis económica, pues ellas han exhibido considerables disminuciones en el personal ocupado y en el número de establecimientos que proporcionan a la industria manufacturera nacional.

Abstract
The process of the economic reestructuration affects all the economical sectors of the country and specially the industrial activity cause this seems seriously affected by the structurais changes that were cracking the national economy. The micro, small and medium enterprises had suffered the effects of the economical crisis, cause it has showing notorious decreeing numbers in the personal with a job, and also in the number stablishment that are given to the national manufacturing industry.
