Resumen
Se analizan las principales modificaciones geomorfológicas del lecho fluvial y sus efectos en el curso bajo del río Grande de Santiago, en los últimos 37 años, mediante la fotointerpretación comparativa de imágenes aéreas tomadas en diferentes fechas.

The principal geomorphologic modifications of the fluvialbed and their effects are analized in the low course of river Grande de Santiago, in the last 37 years, through the comparative photointerpretation of aerial images taken in different dates.
