Se construyó un cuestionario que consta de 34 reactivos, dividido en cuatro secciones: datos sociodemográficos, formación, movilidad ocupacional y funciones sustantivas. Se aplicaron 69 cuestionarios de manera presencial o vía internet a los profesores de la facultad. Se encontraron tres tipos de trayectoria: inicial, intermedia y avanzada. Se concluye que la mayor parte de los docentes se ubica en la trayectoria intermedia y realizan funciones de docencia principalmente, lo que muestra un desequilibrio de las funciones.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The aim of this article is to characterize the professional trajectories of teachers at the Faculty of Educational Sciences of a Public University. A 34 items questionnaire was constructed. It was divided into four sections: sociodemographic data, training, occupational mobility and substantive functions. A total of 69 questionnaires were made with faculty professors. The results identified three types of trajectory: initial, intermediate and advanced. The following findings stand out: the permanence of the teachers in the classroom and, consequently, the imbalance of the functions.]]></p></abstract>
