Se realiza un análisis de contenido de las tres temporadas de la serie con el fin de describir sus tramas narrativas y estudiar cuáles son los imaginarios sociales que se muestran sobre las violencias de género y las intervenciones que hace la escuela para abordar estos episodios. Se identifican siete tramas de violencias de género, ejercidas por distintos miembros de la comunidad educativa, y un abordaje institucional tradicional, mayoritariamente individual y punitivo-correctivo. Solamente en un caso hay un enfoque preventivo. Se concluye que los imaginarios sociales presentes en la serie brindan una aproximación a lo que ocurre en la realidad escolar, por lo que Merlí se presenta como un recurso valioso para pensar actividades educativas con docentes y estudiantes para tratar las violencias de género.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The following article analyzes gender violence in a school environment within the Catalan series Merlí (2015-2018). We analyzed the content of the series&#8217; three seasons so as to describe its plot and study which social archetypes show up in its gender violence and the school&#8217;s interventions intended to address these episodes. We identified seven gender violence plots, carried out by different members of the education community. These were addressed via a traditional and institutional approach, mostly individually and punitively-correctively. Only one case shows a preventative approach. In conclusion, the social archetypes present in the series give us an approximation of what happens in the reality of school. Therefore Merlí constitutes a valuable resource to plan educational activities addressing gender violence with teachers and students.]]></p></abstract>
