En primer lugar, se presentan consideraciones teóricas sobre los vínculos entre tecnologías y escuelas; la perspectiva adoptada enfatiza que las tecnologías digitales son medios que registran y organizan la experiencia humana de formas particulares, y que las escuelas son ensamblajes heterogéneos, negociados e impulsados por los actores que las componen. El segundo apartado refiere los cambios y nuevas condiciones que los medios digitales introducen en la escolarización, y el tercero despliega parte de los análisis producidos en el marco de varias investigaciones sobre usos de medios digitales en las escuelas referidas. Los argumentos presentados subrayan la dimensión artefactual e infraestructural de la cultura, y que los medios digitales ofrecen posibilidades en conflicto, opciones y tensiones que dependen de cómo se inscriben en contextos específicos.]]></p></abstract>
