La tesis kantiana de la necesidad de mediación reflexiva como sustento de todo juicio objetivo se interpreta como tesis referida al proceso de la formación activa originaria del juicio, y no a los diversos modos de asunción pasiva que no traen consigo una (re)ejecución expresa del correspondiente enlace judicativo. El aporte específico de la que Kant denomina la reflexión trascendental consiste, según la interpretación sugerida, fundamentalmente en una incorporación de la sensibilidad al proceso de comparación de representaciones.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This paper gives a reconstruction of Kant&#8217;s view in the &#8220;Amphiboly of Concepts of Reflexion&#8221; of his Critique of Pure Reason on the role of reflexive process underlying objective judgments. Kant&#8217;s thesis that objective judgments always presuppose reflexive mediation at their basis is taken to refer only to the process of original active production of judgment, and not to the different possible ways of passive assumption without active re-execution. The specific contribution of the so-called &#8220;transcendental reflexion&#8221; can be described in terms of inclusion of sensibility in the process of comparison of representations.]]></p></abstract>
