En primer lugar se presenta una revisión de las teorías más relevantes sobre sistemas de gobernanza portuaria a nivel mundial; en segundo lugar se realiza una clasificación de la gobernanza portuaria en los países de América Latina a través del análisis de su legislación portuaria; finalmente, se presenta una propuesta de modelo de gobernanza portuaria, que responde a la problemática actual existente entre los stakeholders del cluster portuario.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article analyzes in detail the evolution of port governance. First, a review of the most relevant thtieories on port governance systems worldwide is presented. And secondly, a classification of port governance is carried out in Latin American countries through the analysis of their port legislation. Finally, a port governance model proposal that responds to the current problems existing among the stakeholders of the port cluster is presented.]]></p></abstract>
