Nuestros resultados muestran que esta variación queda completamente descrita si tomamos en cuenta la interacción fonón-fonón y la contribución debida a la dilatación térmica. La contribución predominante en el potencial anarmónico es la cúbica (procesos a tres fonones), la contribución cuártica (procesos a cuatro fonones) es prácticamente despreciable.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[We have measured the temperature dependence of the first-order Raman scattering of MnGa2Se4 single-crystals in the range 4-700 K. The analysis of the temperature dependence of the optical phonons shows that the Raman shift is successfully modeled by including thermal expansion and phonon-phonon coupling. The pure temperature contribution is dominated by the cubic interactions (three-phonon coupling). Four- phonon coupling (quartic interaction) is less important.]]></p></abstract>

<body><![CDATA[<p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2">&nbsp;</font></p>     <p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2"><b>Resumen</b></font></p>     <p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2">En este trabajo presentamos la variaci&oacute;n en temperatura de los fonones activos en Raman en monocristales de MnGa<sub>2</sub>Se<sub>4</sub> en el rango de 4 a 700 K. Nuestros resultados muestran que esta variaci&oacute;n queda completamente descrita si tomamos en cuenta la interacci&oacute;n fon&oacute;n&#150;fon&oacute;n y la contribuci&oacute;n debida a la dilataci&oacute;n t&eacute;rmica.
