<self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2007-90282025000200005&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2007-90282025000200005&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://www.scielo.org.mx/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2007-90282025000200005&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Se ha demostrado que factores ambientales como la calidad e intensidad lumínica, así como el régimen de iluminación (fotoperiodo o luz continua) afectan el desarrollo de los explantes en los sistemas de micropropagación, debido a la inducción de respuestas fisiológicas de diferente naturaleza. El objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar el efecto de fuentes lumínicas LED de diferente composición espectral y reguladores de crecimiento 6-BAP y 2,4-D en diferentes concentraciones sobre el desarrollo in vitro de plantines de Laelia anceps Lindl. Además, los plantines obtenidos in vitro se evaluaron en dos medios de cultivo (semisólido y líquido). Las variables evaluadas fueron número de brotes, número de raíces, número de hojas, materia seca, contenido de clorofila a, b, total y carotenoides. Con los datos se realizaron análisis de varianza (ANOVA) y las medias se compararon con la prueba de LSD (p &#8804; 0.05). El mayor número promedio de brotes (4.44 ± 0.44) y número de raíces (3.11 ± 1.54) se obtuvieron en el tratamiento que contenían 10 mg L-1 de 6-BAP y expuestas a luz LED roja + azul, mientras que la concentración de pigmentos fotosintéticos fue mayor en el tratamiento con luz blanca y roja. El uso de medio de cultivo líquido (Sistemas de inmersión temporal) no mostró diferencias significativas entre los tratamientos probados cuando se compararon con el medio de cultivo semisólido.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract It has been shown that environmental factors such as light quality and intensity, as well as the lighting regime (photoperiod or continuous light) affect the development of explants in micropropagation systems, due to the induction of physiological responses of different nature. The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of LED light sources of different spectral composition and growth regulators 6-BAP and 2,4-D at different concentrations on the in vitro development of Laelia anceps Lindl. seedlings. In addition, seedlings obtained in vitro were evaluated in two culture media (semisolid and liquid). The variables evaluated were number of shoots, number of roots, number of leaves, dry matter, chlorophyll a, b, total and carotenoid content. Analyses of variance (ANOVA) were performed with the data and means were compared with the LSD test (p &#8804; 0.05). The highest mean number of shoots (4.44 ± 0.44) and number of roots (3.11 ± 1.54) were obtained in the treatment containing 10 mg L-1 of 6-BAP and exposed to red + blue LED light, while the concentration of photosynthetic pigments was higher in the treatment with white and red light. The use of liquid culture medium (temporary immersion systems) showed no significant differences between the tested treatments when compared to the semisolid culture medium.]]></p></abstract>
