El objetivo es analizar las capacidades organizacionales generadas por la gobernanza colaborativa en las asociaciones caficultoras de la frontera colombo-ecuatoriana. Es cualitativa, no experimental, transversal, descriptiva. En el nivel organización se censan 57 asociados con entrevistas semiestructuradas alrededor del capital humano, estructural y relacional asociativo. La pregunta que guía el trabajo es: ¿Cómo la gobernanza colaborativa promueve la mejora de las capacidades organizacionales de las asociaciones caficultoras de la frontera colombo-ecuatoriana? Los resultados muestran que la gobernanza colaborativa provoca bifurcaciones en el sistema social al integrar asociaciones, instituciones públicas, ONG y universidad, y permite la innovación de capacidades organizacionales en partners y gestión de las asociaciones caficultoras a través del diagnóstico, la intervención y la medición de resultados desde el capital intelectual, lo que se presenta como aporte a la teoría administrativa.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The research intertwines the theories of collaborative governance, resources and capacities, complex systems and good living. The objective is to analyze the organizational capacities generated by collaborative governance in the coffee associations of the Colombian-Ecuadorian border. It is qualitative, non-experimental, transversal, descriptive. At the organizational level, 57 associates were interviewed with semi-structured interviews about human, structural and relational associative capital. The question that guides the work is: How does collaborative governance promote the improvement of the organizational capacities of coffee associations in the Colombian-Ecuadorian border? The results show that collaborative governance provokes bifurcations in the social system by integrating associations, public institutions, NGOs and universities, and it allows the innovation of organizational capacities in partners and management of coffee associations through diagnosis, intervention and measurement of results from intellectual capital, which is presented as a contribution to administrative theory.]]></p></abstract>
