Se utilizó la base de datos de comercio exterior un Comtrade Database de la Organización de Naciones Unidas. Se analizan las clasificaciones correspondientes a insumos para aeronaves y productos finales, así como los países con los que se está comerciando. Los resultados muestran que las exportaciones de insumos reflejan mayor dinamismo con piezas para aeronaves, hélices, rotores, trenes de rodaje y partes para naves espaciales, con un crecimiento respecto al año 2000 de 425 por ciento, en cuanto a las importaciones el crecimiento fue de 44 por ciento. México tiene relaciones comerciales con 76 países, con mayor interacción con Estados Unidos, aunque aparece China y países de América Latina.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective of this work is to analyze the behavior of the Mexican aeronautical industry in terms of the composition of the trade balance in the period from 2000 to 2020, in accordance with the New Theory of International Trade (NTCI). The un Comtrade Database of the United Nations Organization was used. The classifications corresponding to aircraft inputs and final products are analyzed, as well as the countries with which they are being traded. The results show that exports of inputs reflect greater dynamism with aircraft parts, propellers, rotors, rotor blades, undercarriages, and spacecraft parts, with a 425% growth compared to the year 2000, while imports grew by 44%. Mexico has trade relations with 76 countries, with greater interaction with the United States, although China and Latin American countries also appear.]]></p></abstract>
