El objetivo de este trabajo es comprender las experiencias que tienen los doctorandos en su formación en posgrado para la docencia universitaria. Usando el análisis del discurso, se entrevistó a doce de ellos en los años finales de su formación académica. Los resultados muestran que los doctorandos tienen interés en formarse como docentes universitarios, pero la estructura formal del curso y los mismos docentes universitarios reproducen discursos productivistas neoliberales que dirigen el trabajo solo a la producción científica académica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo A formação inicial para a docência universitária é formalmente realizada no Brasil em cursos de pós-graduação stricto sensu, especialmente no doutorado. O objetivo deste artigo é compreender as experiências de doutorandos em sua formação em pós-graduação para a docência universitária. Por meio da análise do discurso, doze deles foram entrevistados nos anos finais de sua carreira acadêmica. Os resultados mostram que os doutorandos têm interesse em se formar como professores universitários, mas a estrutura formal do curso e dos professores universitários reproduz discursos produtivistas neoliberais que direcionam o trabalho apenas para a produção científica acadêmica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Initial training for university teaching is formally carried out in Brazil in formal graduate courses, especially at the doctoral level. The objective of this work is to understand the experiences that doctoral students have in their postgraduate training for university teaching. Using discourse analysis, twelve of them were interviewed in the final years of their academic career. The results show that the doctoral students are interested in training as university teachers, but that the formal structure of the course and the university teachers reproduce neoliberal productivist discourses that focus the work only on academic scientific production.]]></p></abstract>
