Este artículo presenta parte de los resultados de una investigación en curso y explora la manera en la que la educación preescolar se configura como un campo político donde se negocian las relaciones de poder. Los profesores, al ocupar un rol que tradicionalmente es asignado al sexo femenino, incorporan una serie de prácticas y conductas, tanto de resistencia y reconfiguración de normas de género, como de reproducción de estas. A través de sus cuerpos y prácticas pedagógicas, estos profesores, más allá de enseñar contenidos curriculares, ayudan a visibilizar dinámicas de poder dentro del ámbito de la educación preescolar. Para ello, se adoptó una metodología cualitativa de corte hermenéutico-interpretativo que emplea la triple mímesis de Ricoeur como herramienta de análisis.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract. This article presents part of the findings of ongoing research and explores how preschool education is configured as a political field in which power relations are negotiated. Occupying a role traditionally assigned to the female gender, teachers engage in various practices and behaviors that both resist and reconfigure gender norms and their reproduction. Through their bodies and pedagogical practices, these teachers contribute to making the power dynamics visible within the preschool educational environment, beyond the teaching of curricular content. To this end, a qualitative methodology of a hermeneutic-interpretive nature was adopted, using Ricoeur's triple mimesis as an analytical tool.]]></p></abstract>
