Se utilizaron 40 genotipos (36 líneas avanzadas y cuatro variedades de soya). En la tapa fenológica R7 de cada genotipo, se tomaron datos de la incidencia a través de una escala de 1 a 5 donde 1 fueron plantas sanas y 5 plantas con &#8804; 100 % de incidencia por la enfermedad. En promedio Alternaria spp. tuvo mayor incidencia en las líneas. Además, los primeros dos componentes principales explicaron el 81.8 % de la variación total. Las líneas G9, G22, G26, G27, G31, G33 y G34 destacaron por su baja incidencia de Septoria glycines. Bajo la misma condición sobresalió Huasteca 700 con Alternaria spp. y las líneas G28 y G32 al tratarse de MPES. La relación de las líneas permitió formar dos grupos (A: susceptibles y B: resistentes), que a su vez se dividieron en dos y tres subgrupos, respectivamente. Así mismo, se determinó que estas enfermedades presentaron una correlación negativa con el rendimiento, siendo Septoria glycines la enfermedad que presentó mayor efecto directo negativo sobre el rendimiento.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective of the present study was to determine the soybean lines resistant to the incidence of Alternaria spp., Septoria glycines and wilt by soil diseases (WBSD), as well as their relationship with yield. 40 genotypes were used (36 advanced lines and four soybean varieties). At phenological cover R7 of each genotype, incidence data were taken through a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 were healthy plants and 5 plants with &#8804; 100 % incidence by the disease. On average Alternaria spp. had higher incidence in the lines. In addition, the first two principal components explained 81.8 % of the total variation. Lines G9, G22, G26, G27, G31, G33 and G34 stood out for their low incidence of Septoria glycines. Under the same condition, Huasteca 700 with Alternaria spp. and lines G28 and G32 stood out for being WBSD. The relationship of the lines allowed the formation of two groups (A: susceptible and B: resistant), which in turn were divided into two and three subgroups, respectively. It was also determined that these diseases showed a negative correlation with yield, with Septoria glycines being the disease that had the greatest direct negative effect on yield.]]></p></abstract>
