Primero revisamos como se pueden obtener estos parámetros. Luego, proponemos un método para la evaluación de la incertidumbre en su determinación. Ilustramos el método con experimentación realizada sobre un péndulo de 28m de altura ubicado a 20° 35' de latitud norte.]]></p></abstract>

In the document, we review how these parameters can be obtained. Then, we propose a method for evaluating the uncertainty in their determination.
