Esto puede verse en acciones específicas inmersas en el ambiente de control, toda vez que se incrustan en la rutina y la conducta de todo funcionario público para establecer un flujo constante de información dentro de una entidad y, como consecuencia, hacia su exterior. Para la obtención de información, que probará lo anterior, se diseñó un instrumento (entrevistas semiestructuradas) que se aplicó a ocho funcionarios públicos. A partir de los resultados, efectivamente, se identificaron las acciones que realizan dentro de su dinámica del ambiente de control y se observó la interacción que da sentido organizacional para endogeneizar la transparencia. Explorar el mundo de las acciones no sólo expande las posibilidades de un cambio profundo en la cultura organizacional, desde los niveles directivos, sino que también infunde confianza y optimismo hacia una administración pública más transparente y reitera la importancia de abordar aspectos tanto individuales como organizacionales para abrir el camino hacia un futuro más transparente. En consecuencia, esta investigación ofrece una propuesta para abonar al desarrollo de investigaciones centradas en el análisis del ambiente de control en organizaciones públicas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Transparency, a value that must be built through organizational actions, is a challenge commonly faced by public administration. This challenge is addressed through specific actions embedded in the control environment, which become part of the routine and behavior of every public official to establish a constant flow of information within and outside an entity. To gather information supporting the above, a tool was designed (semi-structured interviews) and applied to eight public officials. The results revealed actions within their control environment dynamics, highlighting the interaction that gives organizational meaning to endogenize transparency. This exploration of actions not only opens up new possibilities for making a profound change in organizational culture, starting from managerial levels, but also instills hope and optimism for a more transparent public administration. It underscores the importance of addressing individual and organizational aspects, paving the way for a more transparent future. As a result, this research not only contributes to the development of investigations focused on analyzing the control environment in public organizations but also provides a beacon of hope for public administration professionals and policymakers.]]></p></abstract>
