La práctica deliberada se basa en establecer actividades con objetivos definidos, la motivación individual para alcanzar los objetivos, la retroalimentación constante e inmediata y la oportunidad de repetir las actividades hasta el refinamiento. Un equipo clave para realizar perfusiones intravenosas seguras es la bomba de infusión, también conocida como bomba de perfusión intravenosa. La gestión inadecuada de un equipo médico puede tener consecuencias graves, como la selección incorrecta del modelo farmacocinético, uso del modelo en una población o errores de dosificación. La formación adecuada en el manejo de las perfusoras de TCI reduce los riesgos de eventos adversos, mejorando la seguridad del paciente y aumentando la calidad de la atención proporcionada por el médico anestesiólogo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: Repetition improves our skills, and in healthcare, we see and apply this daily. Deliberate practice relies on establishing activities with defined goals, individual motivation to achieve objectives, constant and immediate feedback, and the opportunity to repeat activities until perfected. A key piece of equipment for performing safe intravenous infusions is the infusion pump, also known as an IV infusion pump. Improper management of medical equipment can have serious consequences, such as the incorrect selection of the pharmacokinetic model, the use of the model in a population, or dosing errors. Proper training in the use of TCI infusion machines reduces the risk of adverse events, improving patient safety and enhancing the quality of care provided by the anesthesiologist.]]></p></abstract>
