Espiral, Estudios sobre Estado y Sociedad is a quarterly journal of scientific research published by División Estado y Sociedad of Centro Universitario de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades of the Universidad de Guadalajara. It is open to domestic and foreign researchers in Social Sciences. Publishes original articles which are research products. Only in exceptional cases, by its timing and quality, it will accept the publication of articles appearing in journals of other countries.
