Resumen
DOELLO, Kevin et al. Steven Johnson syndrome in a 77-year-old patient under chemotherapeutic treatment for marginal B-popliteal lymphoma. Gac. mex. oncol. [online]. 2019, vol.18, suppl.1, pp.23-25. Epub 17-Oct-2022. ISSN 2565-005X. https://doi.org/10.24875/j.gamo.18000123.
A 77-years-old patient came to the emergency department due to a two-day history of rash, blisters and ulcers in both skin and mouth. With presumptive diagnosis of Steven-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis, the patient is admitted to the ICU. Her evolution was favorable, receiving the hospital discharge a week later. A biopsy of the lesions confirmed the diagnosis.
