Abstract

33 year old female patient. He joined the service of obstetrics with six weeks of pregnancy. I present pain in hypogastrium and vaginal bleeding three days of evolution. Probable miscarriage in course confirmed by ultrasound. Positive pregnancy test. Curettage uterine instrumentation. Once the patient recovered from the surgical anesthetic procedure, beginning with the fall of oxygen saturation and data of hypoperfusion, lowering of blood pressure, tachycardia, polypnea, sweaty, pale, and saturation of oxygen of 76%. Pulmonary edema acute, secondary were diagnosed with cardiomyopathy from Chagas disease.
