Usually, the expert medical opinion has been used to blame or exonerate someone. However, in the evolution of medical practice through which we have learned to break the paradigm of "medical act" replacing it with "medical care", the outlook for expert medical activities also has changed substantially. So now, to elaborate an expert medical assessment, it is necessary to consider an ideal medical expert profile, a proper methodology and post health care analysis skills. A quality expert medical opinion must have more expectations and contribute to the improvement of health services.
