SANCHEZ AMARO, Luis. The Constitutionalist Revolution in Michoacán and the participation of José Rentería Luviano, Cecilio García, and Salvador Alcaraz Romero. Cuicuilco. Rev. cienc. antropol. [online]. 2018, vol.25, n.71, pp.181-204. ISSN 2448-8488.
This article describes and explains how the Constitutionalist Revolution began in the southeastern region of Michoacan, and the participation of three historical figures from the Tierra Caliente region of Huetamo, Michoacán; from the death of Francisco I. Madero and the beginning of the armed struggle against the Presidency of Victoriano Huerta, until the triumph of President Venustiano Carranza. Studying the trajectory followed by these characters, one becomes aware of the main battles and the internal contradictions that existed among the revolutionaries themselves. Finally, we describe the final destiny of these characters, along with their contribution to the revolutionary struggle.
