RODRIGUEZ HERREJON, Guillermo Fernando. The vehicular counterculture. The case of the city of Morelia at the end of the 20th century. Let. hist. [online]. 2018, n.18, pp.201-224. ISSN 2448-8372.  https://doi.org/10.31836/lh.18.5327.

Since its creation, the automobile has been one of the biggest advances in terms of mobility in modern cities, as the means or transportation par excellence that allows its operation. However, in recent years a series of criticisms have emerged regarding those devices, focusing mainly on their structural and environmental aspects, which began to generate a countercultural movement. The objective of this work is to make a reflection on this, taking into account the case of the city of Morelia at the end of the 20th century.

Palabras llave : automobile; counterculture; modernity; discourse; Morelia.
