The goal of the current article is to find and explain the evolutive processes that caused the coinage of a new proper name Masiosare and, parallelly, an appellative masiosare, based on a Mexican National Anthem’s verse. Furthermore, an intent of ascribing adequate definitions to the newly created lexical unit is made. In order to achieve that, four linguistic corpora: CDEHG, CORPES, CREA, CDENOW; and a series of examples found on the internet are made use of.
