This research is focused on an inventory of fabrics from 1783 arranged in a notarial protocol, which has been preserved in the Archive of the Provincial Deputation of Jaen (file 2326/6). Our main objective is twofold: overall, to publish unknown data archives and, in particular, to list the documented lexicon and contrast it with other lexicographical sources of the time. In short, this work intends to contribute to a better understanding of the Spanish lexicon, concretely of the technical area in question, the textile one.
