The study analyzes the internal social responsibility of maquiladora plants, specifically: wages, health and safety at work. The subjects of study are the workers and plants. A questionnaire as well as LEST and RULA guidelines were used for data collecting. The results illustrate that the environment and work practices are harmful to the occupational health of the workers, that companies do not provide additional benefits to their workers; which means that their internal social responsibilities are null. Facts that require the state to be a counterpart to monitor the conduct of these companies, and do value, the making of the internal social responsibility a new source of law.
