The aim of this study was to evaluate systemic approach academic administrative organization of three degree programs in tourism in order to identify the characteristics that they showed respect to the criteria and TedQual CONAET to access national and international certification. The questionnaire and observation guide were the tools to gather the necessary information. This information was organized into tables by category and management of the data were analyzed using a qualitative approach (using Atlas Ti) and quantitative (using descriptive statistics).The main conclusion was that the degree offered by the EST tourism meets the criteria of national and international certification for what it considers its facilities and the program is offered under the guidelines for certification, while the UVM and the EBC have serious deficiencies with respect to the criteria established by these agencies.
