The following work emphasizes a series of reflections on certain strategic and operative factors that they are related to the systems of compensations in services company, this analysis has become from two approaches, firstly from the qualitative perspective in which it analyzes the problematic situation, tendencies and conditions for the implementation off compensations system in companies, quantitative analysis in the implementation of different elements were observed that build a system of compensations. The investigation was development in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, a questionnaire to 24 executives of human resources in services companies were applied as a result of this analysis, descriptions and estimates of positions, has shown utility in bond payment by performance.
