The aim of this paper is to analyze whether mobbing is present in companies in the tourism sector. The literature review shows that this form of harassment actually takes place in companies in this sector, causing serious harm to employees and companies. Therefore, managers have an important task ahead of them to eliminate or at least minimize the presence of psychological harassment in the workplace.
