The current situation of Accessible Tourism in one of the most visited islands of the Canary Islands, the island of Gran Canaria, is analyzed in this paper. The analysis carried out of the available tourist offer concludes that at present this island cannot be offered as a suitable destination for this type of tourists, so a set of improvement measures are proposed that could make it an accessible tourist destination.
