The purpose of this paper is to make a literature review of the main testicular tumors in dogs: Sertoli cells tumor, interstitial cells tumor, and Seminoma. Describing the etiology, predisposing factors, physiopathogeny, clinical presentation, diagnostic, differential diagnostic, treatment, and prognostic for the development of these pathologies. It is concluded that there are breeds with increased susceptibility on developing testicular tumors like Boxer, Chihuahua, Miniature Poodle, Miniature Schnauzer, Cairn Terrier, and Shetland Sheepdog, and even that this pathologies have a favorable prognosis after treatment, it is important to consider the possibility of functional metastases, as well as the mielotoxicosis with risks of life for the patient.
