When commemorating the Centennial of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States and the Political Constitution of the State of Jalisco; it is necessary to rescue the values, principles and interests that protect and who made these documents possible, in which stands out the unique figure of Luis Manuel Rojas Arreola Jalisco, who led the work of the constituent from 1916 to 1917 and drafted the proposal of Carranza.
