Objective:

To determine, through process management, the elements that influence the dimensions of food safety, to establish care strategies in the economic regions of the state of Tabasco

Methodology:

A documentary and descriptive analysis was carried out, process management in the aspects of the state, the study was configured through schemes in the identification of problems and the development of categories with key actors, decision tree when estimating care processes, limitations, opportunities for action and representing reality.

Results:

The intervention actions of the key actors, their relationships, proposal of care factors, their limitations, responsibilities and relationship schemes in sustainable regional development are considered.

Limitations:

Generate inter-institutional groups, programming of resources, joint actions, comprehensive intervention plan.

Conclusions:

The study proposes a concrete alignment of actors and actions in a feasible and essential food security in the regions of the state.
