The present paper gives an account of the methodology and theoretical approaches used during the process of creating an android application to enable communication between non talking patient and their caregivers. This application was developed by using Mit App inventor 2. The aim of the “Comunicador para pacientes” is to facilitate the communication of persons that require assistance in language. These patients might be aphasic persons or persons that are cased but conscious or similar situations. The application can be modified in order to meet the requirements of any public or private institution. The theories behind this application are the Henderson`s theory of necessities and the theory of Justice like retribution of duties and rights. This article explains the basic functions and justifies the theoretical background of this app. The link is available to download the “Comunicador para pacientes”.
