The main idea of this article is to analyze the woman labor participation in the international labor market and the woman´s characteristics that remitters. The analysis is based on statistical information of different sources. One of the main findings if this article is that many women who return to Mexico keep their job in the United States. One of the conclusions is that there is a more active participation of women in labor migration and remittances to their families in the hometowns.
