This paper shows the results of an inquiry concerning the production, renewal and representations on heritage of the Inner Center of San Luis Potosi, in a conjuncture moment when a political project looked for its inscription within the World Heritage site list. On explored spatial experiences from inhabitants left to the margins of recovering politics of this Historic Center. The proposal focuses on the relations established by inhabitants as main guides, constituting the living part of heritage entourage from which a recovering project that be settled alongside with new ways of making the city.
